Advancement in Technology raises the  productivity,efficiency and safety to a level which is not achievable by humans. With the advancement of technology, industry experts want skilled workers who can compete in today's fast growing industry. Various training programs with a curriculum which makes youth more Professional Employment are organised by companies.


Technology increase the productivity and hence reducing the burden on workers.
 
Formation of new companies provides more employment to the unemployed skilled individuals. Technology saves time  as we know day by day competition in the national and international market increases, we need to work more and more to overcome this shortage of time for doing large task. Technology made all the things easier and available, for example ATM machines for easy transactions.



Advancement in technologhy also contribute in the growth of economy. the Rapid rate of growth can be achieved through high level of Technology .

Technologhy also causes job losses as machine will take over the human labour.

Technical Advancement is forcing people to continuously update their knowledge to sustain their jobs witch sometimes causes health problems.  

Youth are becoming addicted to technology and they prefer online shopping, gaming etc  rather than going outside, this impact of Technology cannot be neglected.

 Due to lot of work pressure from the companies over their workers, so sometimes employees has to face harassment and workload on them are increasing day by day.

Unskilled individual losses their jobs as they are not fit for competing with the other people.
