Indian Railway ,one the biggest network and largest employer in the world. It serves and connects the people of the India who travel for the sake of family meet, army and livelihoods. It is used as social service mean of transport know as People Train.

But Political party and government is using “Indian Railway” as instrument for the vote banks by the way cheap fare , unnecessary recruitment and unplanned expansion of railway office like separate zone and DRM office .These causes huge loss and fiscal burden to Indian Railway .

Indian Railway are facing the challenges from the Expressway and Airlines ( no frills ) who offer quick and cheap transport facilities and perform far better than it .

Reason for favor for privatization
• Safe Guard of tax payer money which is used for pay off the losses bear by Indian Railway
• Innovation and new technology ie High Speed train ,loco motive
• Better train services and better facilities in Railway Station
• Curbing High Logistic cost – Fares of goods traffic is highest in the world and facing
• Diversification of the non-core activities like Railway Hospital etc

With privatization we also need to secure the interest of the people who are poor and living in far fledged place and their mean of transport is only Indian Railway and maintain the sprit of the “PEOPLE TRAIN “

Constitution is a set of document written or unwritten by which governance of a country can be carried out. Need of the Constitution: 1. It brings together people from different groups such as religion, society, philosophy etc. 2. It set the basic structure of the governing machinery of the country such as Legislature, Executive and Judiciary and maintain thier balacne. 3.
