Nobody knows how big the Universe is. But estronomers estimate that it contains at least 125 billion galaxies, each galaxy comprise of an average of 100 billion stars. 🌟

The most widely accepted theory about the origin of the Universe is BIG BANG EXPOSION.

-THE BIG BANG-UP that took place between 10 and 20 billion years ago.
The universe initially consisted of a very hot 🔥 ,dense 🔥 fire ball of expanding ,cooling gas. After about one million years, the gas began to condense into lacalized clumps called PROTOGALAXIES.

During the next five years the protogalaxies continued condensing, forming galaxies in which stars were Born. Today, billions years later the Universe as a whole is still expanding. Although there are localized areas in which objects are held together by gravity. For example many galaxies are found in clusters.

The Big Bang Theory is supported by the discovery of faint,  cool background radiation coming evenly from all directions. This radiation is believe to be the remnant of the radiation produced by the Big Bang,  small ripples in the temperature of the cosmic background radiation are thought to be evidence of slight fluctuations in the density of the early universe. Which resulted in the formation of galaxies.

Astronomers do not yet know if the Universe is closed, which means it will eventually stop expanding and began to contract, OR if it is open, which means it will continue expanding forever.

cellular organization

Cellular Organisation You know that in order to build a house, bricks are arranged in a certain pattern. Similarly, our body is made up of similar structures called   cells,   which assemble to form our body. Hence, cells are the structural units of our body. But who discovered and coined the term ‘cells’?  Let us explore. The discovery of cells was first made by Robert Hooke. While examining a section of a cork tree under the microscope, he observed small compartment-like structures and named them cell. With the discovery of advanced microscopes (like electron microscopes), the study of the structure of cells and various cell organelles was made possible. Microscope What is a microscope?  A microscope is an instrument used to see the objects that are not visible to the naked eye. It magnifies the object several hundred times and makes it clearly visible.   Parts of Microscope   The important parts of the microscope are:   Eye piece...
